Because this is about what you DO have control over - Not your neighbor, not what's on social media, not what you hear on the news, not some geopolitical experience that's happening that is truly affecting everybody in the world.

I feel like my brain's on fire. I opened up my social media apps this morning and the first thing I felt was shock. So, I scrolled right past that.

The second thing was disbelief.  I'm like, 'Are you kidding me?' I scrolled right past that. I wasn't going to give that any time.

Then the third thing was fear.  I mean, I—like I clenched.  I felt a clenching in my body when I looked at the third thing.

This is a lot of emotion.

Now, remember emotions are energy in motion.  Thank goodness I have tools and techniques to run the energy of these emotions.

I mean, they are fierce and they come at you fast, especially with the news or with social media. Even some of our programming now, like TV shows, I'm even shocked when I see the stuff my elementary grandchildren watch.

My job is to help shift the collective consciousness. Now, if you haven't noticed, it's pretty chaotic right now. You know, there's some bombs, there's some oil prices we're talking about. There's polarity, duality, oh, hatred of all kinds—injustice, all kinds of things are happening and it attracts my attention.

What I get to do is acknowledge that 3D stuff, those 3D energies. I get to run my own energy. 

• You know, Everything's Energy, so I activate my energy to process whatever is sticking to me or triggering me. 
• I do my own work first and then I engage the energy of peaceful coexistence. 
• I am capable of doing that. 
• So are you. 
  • And it requires some mental discipline,
  • some activating energy,
  • and a lot of times transmuting something that I'm currently feeling
  • or a—a post that I just saw on social media that just, like, completely exploded my brain and my heart. 

I get to run my energy....

There is no energy quite like the resonance of  nurturance, tenderness, and connection.  This Mother’s Day, I had the beautiful experience of being immersed in the "Yin" energy of Gaia while exploring Central Park with my son, Chad. 🗽✨

You don’t have to be in New York to tap into the healing power of Mother Earth. Whether you are in your backyard or a local park, you can recalibrate your system by:

• Stepping outside  and connecting with the sky.
• Taking a deep, intentional breath  of fresh air.
• Grounding yourself  (bonus points if you take your shoes off!) to interact with the earth's natural frequency.

Everything is energy. When we consciously engage with the world around us, we open ourselves to the ultimate source of healing. 🌿✨

You are made of energy and stardust and light. We happen to have it contained in a 3D meat suit so we can walk the earth.

What the earth really needs right now is your light however you came here and to express it. Whatever is your highest truth - please be that.

I just gave Instagram an hour of my life and I had to shut it down, come outside, do a whole bunch of quantum quickies to get my energies aligned, to get back in in alignment with my heart and my brain to come into coherence. 

I mean, like, no kidding. I looked at all of this noise on Instagram and realized that I'm not in that timeline. I mean, I can find a couple posts that are in alignment with how I think and feel and my work to help humanity. I want to raise the collective consciousness to peaceful coexistence. 

There's not a lot of talk about that on Instagram. And when I really knew I was not in the right timeline was I read two or three posts back to back and truly did not know what they meant. It was like I needed a translator for the words. They were so outrageous to me.
