I started balancing my chakras in 1994.
I engage my chakras by holding Seven and One until they come into alignment or they synchronize. Then I go to Six and Two, Five and Three, and end with both hands on Four, my Heart Chakra.
I'm essentially in a Theta State because it's my intention to be in a meditative state while this is happening.
The Theta State means you still have brain activity. However, your body is in a complete state of rest, restoration and repose. My body doesn't do a lot except move my arms and my hands, when my brain tells it to change chakras.
There's a new development happening with this 30-year practice. My body is demanding what it now needs and is overriding the Theta State of my brain.
As these higher frequencies are coming in, with all the solar activity and with our new Earth emerging, the body is working to integrate those frequencies, and it takes a lot for your body to do that.
Thank goodness I have a 2 hour daily practice of meditation, energy work, prayer and breath work that I do from four to six in the morning. I am finding that my body demands I come out of a theta state, because it needs to move freely as these energies are processing. I have to move my body to allow the old stagnant energies to process out.
When my husband was still alive, I would balance my chakras in bed and I'd have a giant energy bolt shoot out of my elbow or out of my knee. Sometimes they even came out of my shoulders and they would wake him up. The energy was released was so strong that the movement of it would wake him up.
What I'm finding now is it's even deeper. It almost feels more cellular in nature, as our bodies and our DNA are adjusting to these higher frequencies of the new earth as it is emerging. So don't be surprised if you're all like all cozy and zenned out in your theta state, then all of a sudden your body goes, "I need some attention." You listen to your body.
Your body is driving this and we must give our body, everything it needs and it's asking for. The only way we can do that is to give it our full attention. You know, we weren't thinking this way decades ago. Since 2020 we have started bringing this idea forth. But as an energy worker 30 years ago, we did not think of the goal as ascending in the body - we stayed more in the brain state energy.
As humans are evolving, this is what's required now: to really pay attention to your body and listen. What is it asking for? What does it need to move into your next evolution?
