I'm really looking forward to reading all the other chapters. It's an anthology where they brought together leading experts to share their own personal stories, real life stories of self awareness and growth.
What I love about anthologies is if I've got 15 minutes I can read a story that's complete: beginning middle and end. At the end of the chapter, there are suggestions about how to move forward if you ever have that experience in your life.
If you don't need the wisdom, I know you will at least be inspired, because I have been by these authors.
