We're still in the month of May.

This is the month of Growth, and we still have one more Eclipse.

Yes, it's all happening.

Growth, growth, growth!

If you have something happen, and all of a sudden you're triggered, you were more than likely triggered by the collective as well. At that point, you're probably like, "I don't even know what I'm upset about!"

Take a moment and get centered in what you're feeling.

It's about emotions. Emotions are energy in motion. Growth comes from us; acknowledging what we are feeling right here, right now.

My guess is you're being triggered by something that's in the collective, or something that you're experiencing. Let's think about my experience with my husband and hospice. By the way, my whole family is here visiting. How cool is that? For my husband to be awake and enjoy everybody's presence.

You want to talk about being triggered? How about having four generations of family in 975 square feet--that's a great opportunity to be triggered....

Are you overwhelmed by all the energies right now in 2021?

I mean when you think about what's happening in our lives; when you think about the fact that we live in this COVID pandemic world, in this extreme political environment... Wherever you are living, it is most likely a highly charged space.

Currently we also have all of these new energy codes coming in from the cosmic alignment of the planets. There is so much going on in our world right now!

And if you are an Empath, or if you are any kind of a Lightworker - someone who is here to help others - you are probably feeling all this even more intensely.

Personally, when I am feeling something so strongly, I have a hard time functioning. As long as I am feeling all of this stuff from this person over here, and that person over there, I am overwhelmed by all of their feelings. As long as I am as a Lightworker I am completely stressed out about issues like - how the heck are we going to change the world?

How I processed the energy of the winter solstice as we are still in the energy of the winter solstice: Last week, I talked about my experience with time collapsing on 12/21/2020. I left that experience after having been with my family for dinner and then went into facilitating a group energy session for Quantum Energy Infusion later on that night. How cool was that, right?
We had their final Quantum Energy Infusion program energy session on the night of the winter solstice! Whooo! It was highly charged!
On Zoom, I was starting to facilitate the session and had all kinds of technical difficulties. You can imagine how high my frequency was! The computer was really struggling with my energy.
We finally got plugged in, and two of my consultants were able to get everything set up with the technology.

Then when I came in, I realized that I wasn't all there and that I was so expanded out, that I did not have a lot of cognitive function.
