I'm outside, grounding in nature. I have been doing this for the last two and a half weeks.

The frequencies and the energies have been so high with this eclipse corridor and and the Equinox in the middle of it, and the lunar eclipse that I sat outside and watched in the middle of the night!

You know what the best medicine is?  Mother Nature. 

We've got to be grounded to receive and integrate all of these new energy codes and light codes that are coming in and with all of the solar activity.

You know, it's time for the New Earth. We are up leveling. The entire cosmos is up leveling. And the sun is making sure that the earth is up leveling with all of these new light codes. The CMEs and all of these  beautiful energies - I feel like it's medicine - this beautiful medicine that the sun is bringing to the earth. It's blessing us.
