I've got an energy hangover this morning! 

Man, oh man, there's all this solar activity going on. Go Google it and find out all the things that are happening. This is the most solar activity we've had in 20 years.

It felt like pressure in my head, like my eyeballs were going to blow right out of the eye sockets. I had tension in my neck, especially at the base of my skull. I had abdominal discomfort. My legs felt really heavy, but at the same time, like energy was coursing through them.  

Thank Goodness I have some energy techniques I was able to use to help mitigate this energy hangover I'm experiencing from all of the solar activity.

Fortunately, I woke up an hour before my alarm went off, and the first thing I did was balance my chakras. I knew that by bringing the energy of my chakra system in alignment to optimize the activity of my chakras, it would help my body assimilate these new high frequencies that are coming in.

The energy of freedom and the shadow energy of oppression.

Last night, our QEI Practitioners came together for two hours to work with those energies. I'm Connie Kean with Quantum Energy Infusion, where everything is energy. And for context, we are in early January 2026.  

When we got together, I read a definition of freedom, so that we could all have a mental construct for that. Then I asked each one of our practitioners to run their own energy around freedom. We owned it. We moved out any resistance that we had to freedom. We literally owned and processed our own energy so we could show up in a clean and pure energy of freedom. 

Then we came together as a group, and we infused humanity with that energy of freedom. We sent this energy to the collective consciousness very intentionally. Our mission at QEI is raising the collective consciousness to peaceful coexistence, and the energy of freedom is certainly a higher vibrating energy than, let's say oppression.

"Peeved. I'm peeved. Here are synonyms for that word: irritated, annoyed, exasperated, displeased, provoked. My favorite: vexed. That's an oldie but goodie. And then our modern interpretation of this: triggered. I'm triggered. I just got off social media.

I went on social media to get informed about what's happening in our country and the world. And holy smokes, was that a lot of energy! I feel like I've been fire-hosed by energy.

My job is to take care of my energy. I also work for the collective. My mission is raising the collective consciousness to peaceful coexistence. And it starts right here.

When I've gone online simply to get some information and all of a sudden I'm peeved, provoked, horrified, confused—whatever that energy is—I'm not going to let that energy enter into my body. And preferably, not even into my energy field.

As soon as I start to see something that provokes me, triggers me, I acknowledge it. I'm like, "Woo, that's a thing right there. Wow, that really hap...

Fraud.

The energy of fraud is currently permeating our collective consciousness in the United States. It feels sticky. It feels false. It's low, vibrating energy, and I don't like the way it feels.

In fact, I'm outside right now working and running my energy because I just got off of social media, and it's tough for me to to experience all of the energy of the social media posts: the polarity, the contrast, all of that heavy energy and the shouting.

It's a lot. It's a lot for me to deal with. So I get outside to run my energy right, to equalize it to ground in the earth and to settle into my body.

Now I'm in Texas, so it's warm enough for me to be outside, but if I were in Illinois, where I grew up, I would still be going outside to ground my energy.

I call low vibrating energy, like fraud, Shadow energy. And this shadow right now is very prominent in our collective consciousness and what's going on in our national discourse now.

Everything starts with me.

I brought three soul contracts to completion last night during a breathwork ceremony.

I went in with the intention to release what is complete for me here at the end of 2025. And it surprised me that I was led to release the soul contracts with my mother, my father and my husband who had all passed away during the recently during this nine-year cycle.

It amazed me because I was so so diligent about cutting the cords and bringing our soul contracts to completion while they were still alive. Yes, we had those conversations while they were still alive!  We said all the things that we loved about each other, forgave each other for, things that we understood because we were at the end of our lives together and we could see with a different lens. It was so powerful that we could do this while they were still alive.

And yet, I was led to do this again last night.

I was shocked at how free I felt.

I started balancing my chakras in 1994.

I engage my chakras by holding Seven and One until they come into alignment or they synchronize.  Then I go to Six and Two, Five and Three, and end with both hands on Four, my Heart Chakra. 

I'm essentially in a Theta State because it's my intention to be in a meditative state while this is happening.

The Theta State means you still have brain activity. However, your body is in a complete state of rest, restoration and repose. My body doesn't do a lot except move my arms and my hands, when my brain tells it to change chakras. 

There's a new development happening with this 30-year practice. My body is demanding what it now needs and is overriding the Theta State of my brain.  

As these higher frequencies are coming in, with all the solar activity and with our new Earth emerging, the body is working to integrate those frequencies, and it takes a lot for your body to do that.

Thank goodness I have a 2 hour daily practice of meditation, energy ...

I've got a headache. Here's what I do. 

With all the energies coming in, a lot of us are getting headaches. The higher frequencies are moving in. Our bodies are integrating them. We're adjusting. And the density and the pressure is are giving us headaches.

I'm convinced that these headaches that I've been having for the last couple months are from all of the solar activity. I have noticed pressure behind my forehead, behind my eyes, sometimes, like my eyes are going to blow right out of my head.

Energy is the currency.

You must help us hold the energy of the highest timeline!

Humanity lives in multiple timelines - there's different levels of existence - and some of them that are functioning a little lower. There's a lot going on, you know, like bombs and stuff like that.

Those of us that live in a higher frequency or in a different timeline, must hold the energy of that timeline to help counterbalance the energy of the lower timelines.

You have a heart for this. You have a third eye for this, so you can do it. It's one of the reasons you're on the planet.

Get up out of your chair right now and go outside!

We're headed outside to my witchy stump out here. I know you've heard me talk about this. I love this so much!

When I built my tiny home here in my daughter's garage, we had to take down a tree. Here is the stump that's left. And they said, "We're going to come pull that stump out."  And I said, "No, I want to sit on it. This is going to be my witchy stump where I can do energy work." 

I bet I sit on this at least once a day, if not twice a day. I don't care if it's raining, I don't care if it's winter. I am out here because sitting on this stump I have trees around me, I have my bare feet in the grass, in contact with the earth, as well as in contact with the roots of this stump. It's so much Earth Energy!

This stump is still very much alive, energetically and down and through the earth.
