You are made of energy and stardust and light. We happen to have it contained in a 3D meat suit so we can walk the earth.

What the earth really needs right now is your light however you came here and to express it. Whatever is your highest truth - please be that.

There's a lot at stake here. And there's enough noise already that maybe - just maybe - us in our light and in our silence as a light station, as a frequency holder, as someone who can literally help change the world with a peacefully coexistent mind and a coherent mind and heart.
