I've been a teacher my whole life. I taught piano for 40 years, I've been an energy practitioner for 30 of those 40 years. So it's no surprise that my teacher's brain wanted to grab all of the ideas about energy and organize them into some kind of curriculum, and to learn how to talk about energy in layman's terms. Like I wouldn't be talking to a five or six year old sitting on a piano bench to learn about music. I have the ability to say tricky things in simple language. So when it came time for me to help everybody understand that everything is energy, including you and including me, I got to get really serious about how could I do that in a stepwise systematic manner.

The world needs your energy, right now. Everything is energy, and the energy of love vibrates faster and higher than the energy of hate. When we fill a field with a higher vibrating frequency, lower vibrating frequencies have trouble surviving. Let's flood the collective consciousness with love, with peace, with compassion, with peaceful coexistence. You can do this, you are energy, you can hold the frequency of love in your heart and embody that love. Let that frequency go out, exude out into your auric field and then it emits out into the collective consciousness. Do you see? With enough of us being love stations, light stations, if we are willing to do this, you can hold the frequency of courage. Courage is higher than the frequency of war. We can have courage, willingness, acceptance, reason, love, joy, peace, gratitude, peaceful coexistence.      When something really great happens in my life, people will say, "How did you do that? You're so lucky!" And I will say, "Well, I actually I'm Quantum", and usually that sparks a conversation. "Quantum?! What does that mean?" Well, what quantum means to me is that I have access to all time, and all space, and all possibilities in the universe, in this NOW moment. I call it the quantum now. So it's an understanding of how time and space are collapsed into the present moment. When that happens, I mean, like, all time, like anything that's ever happened since humanity began and anything that's now and anything that's possible in the future, I'm talking about all possibilities. Well, that's a lot. So what do you do if you have all possibilities in front of you? Well, you set an intention, "What is it you want?", and you set that intention, Energy follows intention, and you manifest what it is you're choosing to do, and you manifested from the quantum now!

Energy Hygiene 

It's YOUR energy so let's keep it clean.  Keep your energy for yourself -  you don't want somebody pulling it out of you.

There are actually energy connectors between us and other people--to some of you, it might look like a USB cable. To others, it might look like a golden string, or it might even look like a cord.

The natural connectors we have are the ones with our family members. I have a beautiful golden connection with my husband at our heart centers. I also have them with my children who live 1000s of miles away from me; they also come out of my heart center. When I know I'm connected to somebody else, and I want to be connected, I cherish that connection. And for certain people, like my children, I leave that connection open.

During one of our Level 1 Quantum Energy Infusion group energy sessions on March 20, one of the participants said "I just had some kind of Energy Infusion occur".  

At that moment we were working with the chakra system, and there were probably 12 people in the group. She asked me if I could explain what just happened to her. I said YES!  It was the same thing that happened to me a few days earlier. I actually did a video about this.

It was the energy of the Spring Equinox. 

This participant in our program experienced a Light Infusion that had to do with the Spring Equinox energies. The higher frequencies she felt had come in and we were working with her system.

Quantum Now - This Quantum Moment encompasses All Time.

That blew my mind the first time that came to me; the first time I truly experienced it.

All time is compressed into a Quantum Moment, this moment.

Right now you are having all of Time, all of your Experiences (this as well as other lifetimes) compressed into THIS moment.

All possibilities!

This moment, this Quantum Moment has all of the infinite possibilities in it. And you are capable of grabbing them. You can just reach into the Quantum Field and grab.

As I live in the Quantum Moment, I find that it is very important that I let go of old beliefs, old thoughts, old actions, any things that have served me really well for decades up to this my point in this life.

They served me in a beautiful way in my 3rd Dimension life, and now I'm choosing to be a higher dimensional being. I'm choosing to embody 5th Dimension frequencies in my 3D Dimension body.
