Let it Go!

Here at Quantum Energy Infusion we have weekly group energy sessions and our participants are showing up with a lot of heavy energy in their systems.

They're showing up reporting feeling heavy emotions, feeling a lot of sadness, feeling agitation and frustration.

It's kind of a sign of the times. In 2020 we're living in this time of massive transformation, and it's showing up in people's energy fields.

In our Group Energy Sessions the first thing we do start releasing the energy that's stuck in their field.

To do this, I'm making a curlicue shape almost circular, as we start by releasing this energy.

The heavy energy is actually in your Auric Field - we're trying to clear your Auric Field.

I'm also thinking about releasing anything that's in my heart that doesn't need to be there.

We literally say,  "Let everything that needs to go, go."

This is how we start the class when people show up and there's a lot of heavy energy.

• Notice I can work behind my body, too.
• I'm literally releasing any of these energies that I don't need anymore.
• Usually that goes a minute.
• And a class could go on for two minutes because we're waiting for all eight or 10 people to clear.

I'm bringing the clearing part to a close.

Then we say, "Let everything that needs to come, come." 

We bring handfuls of the Quantum Field - of the LifeForce Energy - into our Auric Field.

• And then we bring it into the Crown Chakra
• and into the Sixth Chakra, the energy center that's in your head
• and into the Fifth Chakra, the energy center that's in your throat.
• Bring in a lot of energy to your Heart Chakra.

Let everything that needs to come, come!

• Bring it into your Solar Plexus
• into your Second Chakra
• into your Root Chakra.
• Bring it all the way into your body and let it cascade over your Auric Field.

We're living in a time of great change, and these heavy, lower-vibrating energies are sticky.

These energies are showing up to be broken up - it's part of The Shift. 

This simple technique is one way that you can keep your energy field clear of those sticky energies.

And if you're alive right now, you've got them.

They're sticking in your field because you're an energetic being.

And because everything is energy.

Let everything that needs to go, go!

Then Let everything that needs to come, come!
