I've been in healing work for a long time; 30 years I have been some kind of energy practitioner!

Typically, our goal was healing. In our current world, moving from 3D to this 5D world, this New Earth that is in place and waiting for all of us to step into so beautifully, I have chosen to take the word "healing" out of my energy vocabulary.

Because we are in a constant state of evolution! Healing, like I thought about it 20 years ago, or even five years ago, was the end goal. That's no longer my end goal in the way in which I am living.

Now, the way I'm living in each quantum now--it is perfect, just as it is. So the way that I have taken healing out is I don't make healing the goal. I make evolving myself, I make stepping into the next best moment, I decide what's the next best choice I can make, to expand who I am now, to serve the collective, to serve my clients, and to better instruct my students in quantum energy technologies.

Brain Function.

Come on!

I am so surprised at how my brain is shifting and changing as I am going from 3D to 5D.

As our world is shifting from 3D to 5D.

However you want to think about the shift or the physical ascension or the Great Awakening; it's happening. We're all aware of that. How it's affecting my brain has been very interesting to me.

In fact, it's been alarming at times that my brain isn't working like it used to. Given that I'm 65, my first impulse was to think that it was my age that was doing that, when in fact, that is not what is doing that. It is shifting from 3D to 5D.

Old paradigms are breaking apart.

As you know, this is all part of the shift. Paradigms in the human experience are breaking apart; 3D paradigms that will no longer serve us in the fifth dimension. 

So this 5D brain gets to be fully present in the quantum now.

I had a brain that stored information very easily and quickly, and I was able to store it and retrieve it; I was one...

Extended release.

In the energy world, I haven't spoken into it much because it hasn't happened a lot until now. There is so much for us to release, let go of, and set free. Old memories, old experiences, blocked sensations in the body, traumas; we all have unprocessed energy and experiences.

So as it's time for us to release those in January of 2022, I have decided that 2022 is a year of extended release. There is so much for us to let go of as humankind so that we can step forward into this new expression of who we are.

Let's let go of that old 3D stuff, and let's step into 5D. 

Let's step into compassion.

Let's step into unconditional love, peace, and joy.

Let's step into those higher frequencies that are fifth dimensional frequencies; that are the consciousnesses of Heaven. How about that?

Let's step into these high levels of consciousness and operate from those places.

Because when we're there, that old stuff doesn't even match anymore. It releases on its own.
