There was a New Moon on September 7th, and on September 9th, there was the 9/9 Portal, with all of these new energies are coming in.

I was practically in a stupor on the 7th--I was so aware of the energies that came in. They were strong and penetrating to me.

I felt like I had a sinus condition all day; there was all of this pressure in my head.

I wasn't thinking about the higher frequencies coming in. I knew they would come in on the 9/9 portal, but I wasn't thinking about them yet on Tuesday.

And of course, these frequencies are coming in all the time, and it's escalating all the time.

I had a full day of work Tuesday to get done. And especially after the three day weekend (Labor Day Weekend). My brain was really not functioning at its highest level. And it didn't bother me, because I used my Energy Tools.

So I would move around, and I would be doing my beloved Quantum Chop, and I would see what I could do next. And sometimes it only took 15 or 20 seconds, and then I'd be back to normal.

Other times I would find myself daydreaming, and I would think, "Wow, I am really out of it right now", and I would allow myself time to do relax in a 20 minute meditation.

So I would stop what I was doing, because I clearly wasn't focused on it. I'd set a timer for 21 minutes, and then I would meditate. Once I meditated, I came out of it like I'd had a three hour nap.

There are ways to work with these higher frequencies when they come in and when they are upleveling our systems, because that's what's happening.

A person that I like to follow on Facebook that knows a lot about this information is Amanda Lorence. She is really tuned into the energies into what's happening.

I like her because of how she speaks about levels of consciousness, very much like we speak about levels of consciousness at Quantum Energy Infusion.

What I want you to know is that as these frequencies are coming in, they don't go away. It's not like they're just here for the 9/9 portal and they're gone. When they come in to the Earth Realm, they're here.

We can absorb these into our experience; we can bring these into our body suits, thereby allowing the frequency to rise in our bodies.

And that's one of the things we talk a lot about Quantum Energy Infusion, "how do we raise the frequency of our body?".

The answer? Be human right now.

Because these new frequencies are coming in, the planets are spinning faster, and everything is happening at this cosmic level to support Mother Earth and to support us in this cosmic shift that's happening in our Earthly Realm. It's really magnificent.

So if you feel like you can't think well, or you're emotional, experiencing mental frustration, or some instability (headaches, body pains, etc), I really want you to stop and do some body testing. Are these higher frequencies creating this headache?

Yep, it sure is.

And then you don't have to worry that you have this or something else. You can do some energy work to help stabilize your Energy System, balance out your energies and organize them and invite this new energy in because it is our new reality.
