Stop Anxiousness

 

I recently stopped an anxiety attack at the Charlotte Airport using Energy tools. And the good news is, you already know them!

My husband, Jim, and I were traveling to see my parents in Illinois (my dad turned 90 and we were going to his birthday party). My sweet Jim, as I have shared before, has a cancer challenge, and we weren't sure if he was going to be well enough to make the trip or not. However, he decided that he wanted to do it.

When we got to the airport a few things happened. Jim wasn't feeling well, and we needed to 1) wait for his wheelchair; 2) then the aid that would push him throughout the airport, which we were so grateful for; and, 3) another person for the aid to push along with us.  

After waiting a while, I found myself getting really impatient. Each one of these steps took five to seven minutes to bring to completion, and we had a plane to catch. It's not usually like me to become impatient,  but I did!.

When we finally got going, this young man was wheeling two wheelchairs at the same time. As we were walking, I started looking at all the shops on the way by. There was so much candy, chocolate, and an assortment of all these beautiful looking foods.

I could smell the foods from the restaurant as we were going by, too,  and the impatience I was experiencing was turning into frustration.

When we got to the center of the airport, the wheelchair attendant mentioned that he needed to take this other dear woman to her gate. He said, "please wait here until I come back", and then we were going to head to our gate.

Well, we just so happened to stop in the food court, and I could smell all of the food.

My body was screaming because I was craving that food so much. And I could see the candies, the sweets, and I could smell the fried food.

I've recently shared in previous videos that I've been doing a liver cleanse. And I'm doing this very intentionally to heal a chronic condition that I have. I'm so happy to be eating the healthy, clean raw foods that I'm eating.

However, this moment in the Charlotte airport, my body was screaming for all of these other foods. And I said to Jim, "I feeling so anxious that I want to scream".

I know it was my body that was screaming for these foods and craving it. So I started doing the Karate Chop (also known as Correcting Psychological Reversal).

I started doing the Karate Chop and I started walking around his wheelchair in circles, trying to get that frustration to move. That helped me feel a little bit better.

But then I started realizing that more emotions were coming up. It was like I was being deprived because I couldn't eat those foods.

So I started using the Central Vessel Release to release what no longer served me.

And here I am, standing in the middle of the airport, and I didn't care who saw me. I knew that I had to do something with this Energy, because there was so much anxiousness in my body from not giving in to eating those foods.

I've also recently shared with you all that I am choosing very intentionally to release the energy of addiction.

I realized that this was a pattern of behavior that I have developed my entire life--that when I go to an airport, I usually like to get a treat, usually chocolate or sugar or eat some kind of fast food that normally I would not eat even on a good day.

These old patterns of behavior around food and this energy of addiction around wanting to eat that food brought on this level of anxiety that really stunned me, and that's why I knew that I needed to keep moving the energy.

And then I finally started tapping and I just kept saying "wow, I really need get over this. I am really having an addictive experience."

So I tapped, I did the Central Vessel Release, and I did Corrected Psychological Reversal.

I did all three of those energy technologies right smack in the middle of the Charlotte Airport--trying to release this overwhelming anxiety that I was having around food, and not being able to eat food, along with the literal physical cravings that my body was having.

I was so grateful to be able to move that energy.

We finally ended up having a very smooth, uneventful trip, and the young man finally came back and got us moving.

Little did this man know that he left me in such a vulnerable spot with all of the smells and foods. Had we walked right through, I still would have been impatient and frustrated, and I don't know that I would have had the full blown anxiety experience that I did having to stay there for close to 12 minutes.

It was a beautiful opportunity for me to move the Energy for all of these thoughts and experiences to come up and out of my subconscious.

So I became consciously aware of what it was that I was releasing, and then could finish it all up with affirmations.

"I am so grateful that I choose to eat different foods now."

"I am so grateful that I'm healing my body with healthy fruits and vegetables."

That's my experience with stopping a full blown anxiety attack by using Energy Technologies. And you have everything you know to do the very same thing for you.
