The Energy of Abundance

I'm out on my morning walk, being reminded in such a powerful, kinesthetic way that everything is energy.

I'm up to my knees in the ocean water, my feet are sunk into the sand, and the sun is shining brightly. Look at the crystalline energy of the sun on the ocean. Look how the intelligence and the power and the energy of the sun is charging the ocean, the earth, and charging us with its infinite intelligence. And that the portal that it is that brings the energy in to us, as human beings, and to the Mother Earth.

It's really mind blowing, because there's no way for me to comprehend the infinite amount of light that's available to us.

Let's think in terms of abundance--the energy of abundance. There's an infinite amount of sunrays that are coming in to feed the earth with its intelligence. There's an infinite number of drops in the ocean. That water then gives a home to the infinite number of sea beings.

I'm looking at the seaweed and all that's come in from the ocean; the infinite number of that. And let's not even get started with the infinite number of the grains of sand, and all of the drops in the ocean.

Whenever I am having a sense of lack, I tune into nature because nature brings me this knowing that the lifeforce energy, the Creator of All That Is, is not limited in any way. And its energy.

This energy is available to me at all times, in all ways, for all reasons. It doesn't matter what I think is not enough; there is enough. When I plug into that, that there is there's an infinite amount of abundance, and it's all energy, to me that means it's all accessible.

So it brings me great joy to be in nature.

This happens to be my favorite part of nature. My husband's favorite part were the mountains, and my dad's favorite part was a golf course. I know people who's favorite place is on a ski slope.

And it doesn't matter. Every place I've lived, I have walked every day in nature to get myself out. Whenever I can, I get barefoot so the yin energy from the earth can come up into my body. Of course, then we benefit from the yang energy of the sun.

It's a beautiful way to balance your energies, and to be reminded of the infinite amount of energy available to all of us.
