We've been talking about Energy Etiquette and Energy Hygiene here at Quantum Energy Infusion.

I had a massive cord connector today that I released, and it was with someone that I absolutely adore. I knew that it was necessary for me to release this cord, so I want to tell you about my experience with it.

I am connected to this person through my Heart Chakra. I body tested to see if I had an energy connection between us and I got a "Yes". So, in that moment, I decided that I was going to take the following steps:

• Imagining that I can see that cord emitting from my Heart Chakra, I do a Karate Chop to cut the cord, and then bring the Energy back into my heart. 
• I then repeat this on this chop on other hand bringing my energy back in.
• Finally, I'll do a Karate Chop on both sides and then send their own energies back to them.

There are two ends of a connector, and it's important to close up each side.

It's more symbolic than anything. And it really matters because you're grabbing your energy and then you're bringing their energy to completion.

It's your "USB cord" and it's been plugged into both places. It gets to be unplugged.

So when that process was completed, in regards to this particular person, I had realized that I wasn't done. I knew that wasn't just coming from my heart center.

So I decided to test to see if I had another energy connection to this person, and I got a "Yes". I then tested to see if the connection was from a different Chakra. I got another "Yes". That "Yes" led me to testing that I had another connection stemming from my Sacral (2nd) Chakra. 

The Sacral Chakra is a nurturing, creative, beautiful Energy that can be experienced as Unconditional Love. To be clear, I'm old enough to be this woman's mother.  I understood that this was my connection to her and all the nurturing that I had been doing in our relationship.

I then repeated the same steps to disconnect, but intentionally doing so from where my Sacral Chakra is located. After bringing the energy back into my 2nd Chakra, I sent that beautiful, precious energy back to her as well.

I finally tested to ask if those connections are are complete, and I got a "Yes". The Energy was complete.

I wanted to share that with you because sometimes you can have more than one connector with a person, especially if it's someone that you really care about.
