00:00 - Working for the Collective

I'm out in the backyard in Dallas, Texas, in 100-degree heat, getting myself grounded and centered. Last night felt like it lasted about three days. I slept a little, then woke up to process the energies of the collective. I was awake for two or three hours at a time before finally falling back into an exhausted sleep. When I woke up, I was lying in a pool of sweat. My body was running those energies like a combustion engine. I'd get up, walk around, try to figure out where I was and what I was doing, and see if I could be more effective at moving and processing the energy. After a couple of hours, I'd lay back down again, only to be freezing because I was releasing energy for the collective. Holy smokes, it was like a circus last night, and I was there all by myself—well, me and the collective, you know how that goes.

So if you had a rough night last night and don't know what's wrong, there's nothing wrong with you. You're doing your work for the collective. I appreciate everything you're doing to help raise the collective consciousness to peaceful coexistence. When I woke up this morning, I was so hungry—my body had worked hard through the night with all those energies. I was processing my own stuff too, doing a lot of cellular liberation, releasing my stuff, and letting go of karmic sludge. Come on, we all have it from our incarnations. In these incarnations, the belief has been that they're linear, but now everything is starting to stack up vertically instead of horizontally. So you may have a whole bunch of stuff showing up to be cleared that you didn't even know you had. Yes, some of it's collective, and some of it's yours. Own what is yours and move that stuff out. Liberate yourself, liberate your body—this dense "meat sack" we decided to come to Earth in. It's all energy, even though it's dense energy.

02:02 - Get Grounded 

As these solar rays and influxes of radiation penetrate the Earth's atmosphere, your body might feel jittery and jangly, and you can't figure out what's wrong. Take a breath, take a big drink of water to ground yourself—spring water if you have it, or some kind of ionized water. Get yourself outside, put your bare feet on the ground. I have my little tree stump I call my "witchy stump," where I can sit, engage my root chakra, and send my energy all the way down the tree's root system into the Earth. I can be out here surrounded by green—even though it's hot, that's okay. Fire is one of the elements we're working with now, with Leo.

So, if you thought something was wrong with you this morning, let me reassure you. When I woke up, I didn’t know what time it was. I knew what day it was, but I didn't know the time. When I got out of bed, I was so wobbly. I literally had to center my energies because they were so spread out from doing work for the collective. I had to get my act together, slow down, and make sure my mind, body, and soul were all in the same place—they weren’t before. When you become fully present in the moment, you're safer. You have your wits about you, your brain in line with your body, and your energetic resources available.

So slow down right now, especially until we're through this Lionsgate, which lasts another few days. After that, even though the energies will still be with us, you can start integrating them. In the next few days, give yourself some grace and just slow down.
