Release!

I had the most wonderful energetic release this morning and I want to share it with you so you can do the same thing. It happens to be New Year's Eve right now and one of the reasons I did this energetic release, in the shower, was to let go of anything that no longer served me from 2023, and if you follow me at all, you know that there's quite a bit that could be released that no longer serves me from this last year. And I chose to use tapping, a lot of you do different kinds of tapping, there are many varieties out there, and all that really matters is that you tap on some acupressure points on your face and on your body to help move the energy out of your meridian system and out of your body. 

Anyway, I was in the shower and I decided it was a perfect opportunity for me to tap out these old energies and old beliefs that no longer serve me and experiences that I've had. And I was visualizing as it was moving through my body that energy was moving through and out of my body and into my field, that the shower was grabbing all of that old energy out of my auric field and taking it down the drain. So and then I was thanking Mother Earth for taking that water, alkalizing any of those old energies right back into light, and recycling the water and the energy for Mother Earth. What a great gift for us to give back to the world and to Mother Earth as we cross into New Year's Day. 

If you followed me at all, you know that we have had a lot of tragedy in my family and my aunt passing the day after Christmas added to that. You may also know that I'm in the middle of a move. So as I packed up my condominium in Florida to move to Dallas, in the midst of this cross country move I got the call that my aunt had passed. So I'm taking a trip up to Illinois, and I'll get to see my cousins again and the dear people that I love from Illinois, you know where my parents lived, you've seen a lot of videos come from their house. 

Do whatever you can do to let go of that old energy from 2023. It's time to gear up and get ready for a new year. So let's enter it clean and fresh and ready to make your mark in however you're going to live in 2024.
