I'm giving a free virtual energy workshop on Monday night. It's through ReVine Digital and all that information is in the body of the email, if you choose to come. Come join us! We're going to talk about the energetic states from my book, “The Quantum Now”, and the name of the workshop is, "Change Your Energy, Change Your Life”. So last week we did a workshop where we discussed the first three energetic states, this week we’re going to discuss energetic states four and five, and we will be reviewing one, two and three. Yeah, we're going to do some quantum quickies, we're going to talk about energetic states, and I'm telling you these energetic states work.

As you know, I'm selling my home and I'm in the process of packing it up right now and I am so sad. I am so sad that I'm to the point of being depressed and it's like I'm losing Jim all over again. Having to pick up our home that we lived in together is so emotional for me right now and I'm missing him more than ever. It's been over a year since he passed and I'm still missing him so much and handling his things and the furniture, you know anyway, all the things. So when I feel that sad, I stay with the energy of it. I don't shove it down. I run the energy, I like to say that, I let the energy run through me and then when it's done and when I'm done crying, or I'm done whatever it was that I needed to do, or screaming, or whatever I needed to do to move that energy and to process and I'm not ignoring it. I am processing it. I'm feeling it, and I'm working it.

When that's done, then I have tools to lift me back up. I have tools to shift my energy into a higher state. So that I can become functional and I can go pack another box or I can go make a phone call or I can go change my mailing address. I mean, you know there's only about 1000 things that need to be done when you're moving.
