In the last vlog I sent out, I was on my way to Dr. Joe Dispenza's advanced meditation retreat. I had the time of my life. There were 2,200 people there in Mexico, and every single one of them knew what the word "quantum" was. I found my people! It was fabulous! It was one of the best weeks of my life, and it changed my life in very small ways.

00:28 - Mystical Experience While Meditating

One of the things that Dr. Joe talked about was having a mystical experience while meditating. I started meditating in 1976, and having a mystical experience for me is like a typical Tuesday. My work takes me into mystical experiences every day and often hourly. So, I really enjoyed the meditation part. The cool thing was experiencing meditation techniques I hadn't done before, and meditating in the energy of a room with 2,200 other people. Now, that's a trip. I've done it during global events, but never physically in the same room. That alone was worth the price of the trip.

I also went for the science. Running Quantum Energy Infusion and listening to Dr. Joe talk about quantum energy, the field, brain science, and everything else, I realized we get the same kind of results at Quantum Energy Infusion. I love following his research because it validates and verifies everything we do here. I love being a part of that. I also attended a dinner that was a fundraiser for his research nonprofit. It was wonderful to hear more about their work and to meet other people interested in the science.

01:55 - Being Around Like-Minded People

The last part that was so much fun for me was meeting people who understood what I do. Every single person I met asked, "What do you do?" and when I said, "I'm the founder of Quantum Energy Infusion," they responded, "That sounds awesome. What is that?" For the last five years, when I tell people I run Quantum Energy Infusion, they have to ask me to repeat it, and then ask, "How do you spell that?" For the first time in five years, I didn't have to repeat myself even once. Every person knew the word "quantum," they knew what it meant, and they understood Quantum Energy Infusion, which is the name of my company and everything we do. I don't know that I've ever felt so seen.

So, if you want to take a week off and you've got the time, by all means, go see what Dr. Joe's up to. It will be worth the expense of your trip in ways that will come back into your life as priceless experiences. It was a priceless experience for me. I told you I'd see you on the other side.
