What happens when you intentionally engage with the energetic experience of emotion?

You'll learn practices you can use with yourself while continuing to develop awareness, discernment, and curiosity about what you notice.

Thought Field Therapy gives us another way to explore the relationship among attention, emotion, the body, and energetic experience.

We'll work with tapping sequences developed through Dr. Roger Callahan's TFT approach—and then do what we always do in QEI:

Now we enter an energetic map that has been explored for centuries.

You'll meet three foundational Yin Meridians and begin experiencing the Meridian system not merely as something on a diagram, but as another energetic framework you can explore through practice.

Here we open one of the bigger conversations.

We'll explore Dr. David Hawkins' Map of Consciousness—a framework that has significantly influenced my own thinking—and use it as an opportunity to explore something equally important in QEI:

How do we distinguish what we know, what we experience, what we interpret, what we believe—and what remains unknown?

This is energy education—and discernment.

Now we begin our journey through the Chakras.

We'll explore the Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus individually—and then begin noticing what happens when we experience them as parts of a larger energetic system.

What feels distinct?

What feels connected?

What do you notice?

We continue upward into Heart and Throat.

You'll explore each Chakra through QEI practice while becoming increasingly able to compare energetic experiences across the system.

By now, something else is happening, too.

You have more experiences to compare. More practices to choose from. More energetic vocabulary of your own.

That is how fluency begins.

This is where things can get especially interesting.

We'll explore Third Eye and Crown, intuition, energetic perception, and the different ways people report receiving information.

You may notice something clearly.

You may wonder whether you imagined it.

You may experience something completely different from the woman beside you.

Perfect.

Because QEI isn't about performing intuition correctly.

It's about becoming a more curious—and more discerning—observer of your own experience.

Experience first. Interpretation second.

You've accumulated a toolkit.

Now we ask a different question:

Which of these practices are becoming yours?

We'll bring together what you've learned across Aura, emotions, tapping, Meridians, Chakras, intuition, True-for-You Testing, Quickies, and the other practices you've accumulated along the way.

Then you begin doing what I hoped you would do from the beginning:
